Welcome to the new CE-web.com! We hope your experience with the new site will be a good one. Below, you will find all of the information you need on the site's changes and enhancements.
 

User ID/Password

You can access the new CE-web.com with your current username. For your convenience, that information was included in the e-mail you received. For security reasons, your password has been reset as your first and last names, in small letters with no space in between. A couple of examples are as follows:

First Name: George
Last Name: Washington
Temporary Password: georgewashington

First Name: Catherine
Last Name: Zeta-Jones
Temporary Password: catherinezetajones

This is only temporary. When you visit the site, just log in with your current username and temporary password, then click "Your Account".  In this new area, you will be able to reset your password to something you can remember.
 

Credit Card Information

Safeguarding your privacy is our top priority, so none of your credit card information has been transferred to the new website. When you’re ready to purchase a test, you’ll need to re-enter your payment information. You’ll find the process is quick and easy. When you are ready to purchase a course, just follow the simple directions. You can pay for courses individually or advance-purchase bulk hours if you plan to take several courses.

We offer secure payment processing through Verisign and a secure SSL connection with Geotrust SSL.
 

Bulk Hours

If you previously have purchased a bulk subscription with CE-web.com, the remaining credit hours from that purchase will be available in your account. You will not need to provide your credit card information again until your remaining bulk hours are gone.

There are two ways to see how many bulk hours you have left in your account.

• Click on the button "Your Payment History". This will list your current account balance.

• On each Course Details page, the number of bulk hours remaining will be listed at the bottom.

You can purchase more bulk hours in either of the above locations.
 

Payment History/Receipts

We've added this new feature in response to customer requests. When you are logged into the new site, you can access your payment history by clicking on the button called "Your Payment History." From this location, you will be able to purchase bulk hours as well as view all your past purchases. Next to each transaction, you will see a "View" button. Just click this button to display a receipt for each individual purchase. To print the receipt, hit Ctrl + P.
 

Certificates/Transcripts

Certificates are still delivered both online and by e-mail once you complete a test. Now, you also can reprint your certificates at any time. Just click on "Your Certificates" and click the "Cert" button next to each certificate you need. Certificates will appear in a printable PDF format, so you can either print or save them to your desktop right from the website. You will need Adobe Reader to view your certificates of completion. If you don't already have a copy, the Adobe website provides a free download.

Additionally, we now offer a transcript of every test you've taken on CE-web.com. Just click on "Your Course History" for a list of all your completed courses as well as those in progress. To see your completions by test year, click on "View your transcripts".
